First Class Service
Excellent experience purchasing an E63 from Joel and the team. Flew up from Cornwall based on a video walk round - was collected from the airport and on arrival the vehicle was exactly as described and perfectly presented. Transaction was all handled with a friendly no pressure approach and the after sales service has been exemplary with some minor issues sorted straight away with no quibbling. Audi Q3 Dream car
Thank you for your help Joel with purchasing such an outstanding car. I had been looing for an Audi Q3 for six months and could not find anything that I liked My main criteria was automatic, petrol, heated seats with low mileage when looking on Autotrader, and the results from it never gave me anything that jumped out at me. Then one day I decided to put no maximum budget in the box just to see what would come up for the low mileage that I was after. This car came up in the search and I was amazed by everything it had. Panoramic glass sunroof, heated seats, Park Assist, power operated tailgate, privacy glass, 20in Alloy Wheels with 5-V-Spoke Star Design Audi Sport in a Matt Titanium Look and Diamond cut finish, black trim and black Audi badges against a gleaming White car. The car is beautiful in every way with an immaculate interior, and I love getting into it every single time. Since purchasing the car I have looked on Autotrader to see if any other Audi Q3's on sale are similar to mine, and nothing online compares to this beautiful car that I got from JVW Car Sales. I would highly recommend them if you are looking for something out of the ordinary.

The BEST experience in buying a car and the best service.
JVW dont sell bread, but if they did I would buy it. The Range Rover Sport Autobiography is the nicest and most well presented car I have ever bought. It looks brand new and (can this be possible) is even better than the advert. Everything as described, the service was just amazing with Joel and the team, the delivery was fairly priced and exactly on time. The service extended to having the rubber slightly loose on one of the key fobs - minor to say the least, but Joel immediately ordered a replacement for next day delivery. Perfect 911 Porsche
I have just picked up a beautiful Porsche 991 Carrera 2S in guards red. I am so pleased with the car and the service I got from JVW cars, it has been first class. The standard of the car and the way it was presented was as good if not better than a Porsche dealership, Joel's knowledge on the car and the Porsche brand was great. Whilst out on the test drive going through how everything worked with the PDK gear box was great and helped me make my mind up with the car. Very pleased with the car and the service here, I would recommend these guys AAA+++ I will go back to theses guys for my next car

Well where do I start, I had such an amazing and easy experience buying my car from Joel, firstly he is one of the most genuine people I have ever met, he knows everything about every car he sells, nothing was too much trouble for him. He dealt with all the private plate changes as he took my jeep in part ex and gave me a very fair and acceptable price for it. He went through everything on the new car before we left with the instructions to ring him if we were unsure of anything, we did ring him for advice which was freely given. When I'm next going to buy a new car I will be going to Joel first, he listens to what you want, doesn't push anything on to you and most of all he isn't greedy price wise which is a bonus. I can't recommend J V W Car Sales enough and if he hasn't got what you want in he can source it for you.

After a couple of days I noticed they was a problem with the clutch I spoke to Joel he immediately acted getting my car booked in to a garage and even going to the trouble of sorting me out with a courtesy car. Once my car was ready they drove it back to my house so it was ready and waiting on the drive for me. Top blokes would highly recommend.

I travelled from Inverness to purchase a vehicle from jVw and was very impressed. I was picked up from the train station and when we arrived the vehicle had been valeted and was exactly as described in the advertisement. All the service history was present and the second fob. I could not fault it on one thing. Completing the transaction was similarly flawless as all the paperwork was pre prepared and everything went smoothly. Follow up courtesy call and what I would say excellent customer service. I have asked JVw to look for a car for my Daughter I was so impressed with the level of professionalism. It was a pleasant experience purchasing a car I waited a long time for. I was approached by the sales team in a very welcoming way. I was given as much time as I wanted to inspect the car and also go for a test drive. I wasn't rushed at all and Was given the opportunity to test the car how I wish to. I was also shown all the features on the vehicle, and how to use it too. The sales team didn't push me in any way to purchase the vehicle, and on making the purchase decision, I was presented with about 4 methods of purchasing the vehicle to suit me best. I also part exchanged my vehicle, which was a head ache they took away from me!
